Anil Khanna
Co-Founder & CEO
Anil has 25 years of experience in project management and business analysis in sales, operations and information technology. He has managed over 200 projects with delivery teams of up to 300 people. He has delivered over $100M in value to his clients.
Anil began his career at Cap Gemini as a management consult in manufacturing, telecommunications and banking. He assisted various companies with process improvement, enterprise application deployments, total quality management, and change management. Anil achieved his Certified Management Consulting designation at this time.
After 4 years at Cap Gemini, Anil was hired by enterprise application development organizations to assist development teams with the creation of viable solutions and assist customers with supply chain optimization. He specialized in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Automotive, Consumer Products and Electronics verticals.
Anil leveraged this knowledge to craft innovative solutions for local and multi-national organizations.
Amy Pike
Co-Founder & Practice Director
Amy has more than 25 years of organizational change management and business process transformation experience in the public and private sectors, bringing both Big 4 and industry experience to Flex.
Her change management approach is simple. Enable the right people with the best tools to effect change throughout the company. Train them to manage resistance, get creative with communications, be the advocates, trainers and super-users.
Amy also supports Flex consultants with other people strategies: engagement, program management, HR process improvement and talent management.
